Such a beautiful watch, one of my favorite omegas!

Agreed. I love all the sword hand Omegas. Ready to reboot that style anytime!

Cool watch. I had the 2254 before giving it to my son as it wore to large for me. The bezel turn isn’t the best due to how it’s gripped but a cool looking watch for sure

I like this watch very much (just acquired a like-new version of 2005) and I wonder why it has such little popularity and overall love?

Found this thread and thought I would give it a bump since buying one. Love it!

Also just found this thread. I want a GMT and to be honest, as much as I love the Rolex Polar, I don't like bringing expensive watches on vacation . This Omega peaks my interest. I'm not sure which I like better, the great White, or the 50th black with the two tone bezel. The blacks are running about $2700ish and the whites are mid to high 3's. I am torn. As you can see, I have two other omegas and I do love my blue 300M. This would be a fun, less costly addition

Gave mine to my son but missing it! I would recommend against the one with the butterfly clasp (like bracelet in my pic above) as the adjustment sucks. Considering getting another on just like you, either black face 2536.50 Jerry Lopez version limited edition, or the 2538.20 with white face. The only difference with the 2536.50 compared to the 2534.50 is the cover on the back has an enamel image of the Hawaiian islands flanked by hibiscus flowers and Jerry Lopez signature. Only 999 made. The enamel cover is usually damaged. I was born in Hawaii and Jerry Lopez was a legendary surfer from Hawaii. I think with that one you would have to get it with papers for provenance. Both do have the jumping hour hand for a "traveler" instead of the "caller" function. Good luck!
