1. It's a beautiful watch.
2. It's rugged. I bumped the bezel against a stone wall - no scratches. 3. You can set the hands for two time zones or move the bezel to do the same thing. The bezel can be used as a timer if you can count. 4. The band is great - the half link expansion useful. |

First try one on and see if you really like it. If not, then try some other model.
The GMT-IIC is a practical watch with all the qualities and easy to use features for any layman.......whilst still being a highly professional watch. Excellent if you are a regular traveller and even good for recreational diving, scuba diving, snorkelling, etc. If you like it, then you won't get a better buy!! Good luck - JJ

You just got to appreciate the time and quality Rolex put into the new Ceramic GMT. They listen to their customers and came up with all the upgrades necessary to accomodate the public wants in the new GMT C.
IMO, it's the best quality GMT from Rolex yet as the watch have evolved over the yrs. It's perfection at it's finest. I still love the GMT but the newer GMT C is growing on me more and more each day. You can't help but buy one and once you do, you can't take your eyes off of it. Just P E R F E C T. |

No illustrations required, the watch sells itself. Try one on. It'll either sing to you or it won't. But here's mine the day I received it:

The GMT IIC is such a great watch. It is the best model to come out of Bsasel in years. Just ask J.J LOL
But really it is. Out of the latest rolex line up, the GMT II C is the only thing I would buy. The rest is strictly vintage baby! |

Received a SS Submariner as a gift from wife for my 50th birthday. She wanted me to make sure that it was the Rolex I wanted, so we went to the AD to see others. After a few minutes it was clear which watch I wanted for my first Rolex, SS GMT Master. This is a great watch, love the Submariner but side by side the GMT won me over.

No one should have to 'convince' you to buy anything. If you like it, buy it.

i can't sell you on the watch, but here my reasons for getting one: - bigger case and comfortable to wear - Maxi dial and hands - improved bracelet and clasp - the clasp center better on small wrist - RRR rehaut - inhouse 3186 movement with Parachrom spring - got the "50th anniversary" green - the cyclop is AR coated - triple lock crown (though its WR100M) - less common that Sub |

Likewise,,,I purchased this watch without even tried it on or saw it with my own hands. The local AD couldn't keep them in stock for me to even look at them. Put my order it and received it within 2wks.....BaM! Just like that. I read up on it and just had to have it.

Had one - but it wasn't for me... too big and a bit too shiny. It's an amazing watch, there's no denying that... but as others have said you should try one on.

I tried on everything under the sun when I was in with AD the last few months. Only one watch SCREAMED at me, "buy me" and that was the TT GMT IIC.
I ended up purchasing a pre-loved GMT II and I love it every-single-day. It's definitely the watch I've always wanted. If it doesn't sing to you, don't buy it! Enough said! |

I just love how crisp the bezel is....now if they would make a coke bezel in ceramic (don't even know if that's possible) I'd have one tomorrow....although the way it is now, I might have to get one either way.

Well, I went to get either a Sub LV, or a TT Blue Sub, last March, but as soon as I saw the GMT IIc, I bought it in an instant.
They look stunning, in my opinion and are very substantial, with a really beautifully made solid link Oyster bracelet. Here's a few shots of mine . . .

Harold,
Two good reasons convinced me to dump my TT blue Sub and buy a TT GMT IIC : 1- Looks better than Submariner... 2- Sits lower on your wrist than the Sub... Good luck. |

The GMT II-C's are beautiful, it will be my next Rolex. I just can't decide between SS&TT.
