Show off your pen collection!

I have loved pens for a long time. It started out about 5 years ago when I got into "pen-penspinning" and imported specialized pens from South Korea. I still have some of those pens left, mostly rare ones.

About one year ago, I got into more expensive pens, especially Montblancs. I have now owned four beautiful Montblancs, two of which I still own.

Here is the fine pen collection as it is right now. I am still looking for a nice MB fountain pen, a pen I hopefully will buy in the future!

From top to bottom:

Montblanc 162R (rollerball) in Bordeaux
Sailor Maki-e (fountain pen)
Caran d'Ache Rolex pen
Montblanc Doué Sterling Silver (ballpoint, given to me from a nice man on the forum)
Roger Dubuis pen (rollerball)

What does your collection look like?

Thanks Dreambaby.

The pens are all fountain pens and they all work. They range from nearly 100 years old, to brand new. They all get used on a VERY regular basis!!

Have been too lazy to update the family photo. Here it is as of Oct 2009 of my mb babies. Since then a few new acquisitions. Also missing are my Viscontis, Faber Castell, Nakaya and Cross.

For the first time, I can answer one of your questions (instead of you answering mine )

The blue ones are the Montblanc Jules Verne Writer's Edition.

That is not so "only"

You have quite a collection Kai, definitely one of the best I have seen in my life too. Although I like all of them, I am extra fond of Solitaires. How is the stainless steel MB Solitaire in your first picture? What is the pattern on the barrel like?

Thanks Carl. That's the Doue Signum. It's got the hexagon snowcap pattern in the barrel.

My only complaint is that since it's not smooth, the pattern actually rubs in with the fingers and it's not very comfy on long writing sessions.

If you like this, then the new Solitaire Silver Barley is even nicer.
The cap has the new style barley pattern with matching pattern on the barrel. It's just so striking!

Amazing collection Goodguy. Congratulations. It's nice to see them side by side to compare sizes. Is that the Charles Dickens in the middle with silver cap that looks so large compared to the others?
