FS: Ladies VINTAGE ROLEX 14k Gold Oyster Perpetual Chronometer MD:6509 - 443K serial
What I have for sale here is a beautiful vintage Ladies Watch. This all 14k yellow gold Oyster Perpetual Chronometer is style #6509 and has a serial number of 443,*** dating it around 1946.
For being 64 years old this watch is in great condition. Don’t get me wrong, it has been polished a time or 4 but the band has no holes from excessive polishing and crowns on both the clasp and crown are still defined and noticeable. The bracelet end links could use a little tightening and some new pins. The clasp is marked “ROLEX 14KT USA” and has a little triangle with “JB” inside of it. Past what is etched on the inside of the case back I don’t know the service history of the watch. The dated that are etched in were 5-72, 1974, 9-85, and 12-09. The 12-09 service was just a small basic service by our local watch maker. Just looking at the watch tells me it was taken good care of over the years. The crystal was replaced since the pictures were taken and now has a new aftermarket acrylic crystal. The movement looks to be in fair condition and runs strong. No box or papers with this vintage beauty. This watch is being offered at $3,349.00 shipping included Please don’t hesitate to PM for any questions you may have. I’m not a vintage expert, so in your questions please help me to answer them! My e-mail, cell number, and references can be made available through PM. I am in Sacramento and always welcome a face to face transaction! Payment options include personal check, money order, bank wire, and paypal (paypal accepted with 3 or more buying/selling references with-in the forum boards). U.S. only please. |
