It looks too good for being all original. If it were a 1953 as the serial number indacat the case back should have a date stamped on it.

I read that 18k DD watch did not have holes for spring bars as the gold is too soft. I don't know if that is true for the non date watch.

It's certainly appealing.. but Im not about to head to Georgia to verify authenticity.
But, ..I may be leaning towards a `vintage`model..vs my original plans for 116233 csj. Food for thought .. (and coin). |
