Please help to identify this vintage piece !
Found this vintage piece belong to a friend, need forum members to identify it. I never seen Rolex with 6 logos on it dial.
1) Is this the right model " 5058 " 2) Is it possible a fake piece ? 3) Is the movement seems re-cased ? Attached images taken by mobile phone, sorry for not sharp images. Tks dude

The case back is different, and the dial might be a redial. I've never seen the dial like that. The case back looks machined different than the usual ones.
