Rainy KY Mini GTG Breakfast

Fred called and thought a quick breakfast was in order so I drove south, Fred, Stan, and Joji drove north, and we met at one of Ky's finer establishments.
We instantly set to laying out all the loot [Joji's and Fred's hands were moving so fast, it was a blur]
Many brands on display:
Rolex/ Tudor [of course]
Omega
Hamilton
Sinn
Tag Heuer
Pierce
Seiko
Luminox
Orient
Marathon
[L to R] Fred, Joji [picking Fred's pocket], dP, Stan the Tudorman.
No two snowflakes are alike.
Fred was struck w/ nylon fever, finally deciding on the black Maratac.
Special thanks to Fred for his generous gift. Fred, before customizing it for the Tudor I decided to try it on the SAR as is. Love the way they look together.
Great to see you boys, we'll do it again soon.
dP

So sorry to have missed what looks like a great time. Let me know when you plan on the next meeting. Hopefully I'll have this new house built and temporary move over with soon.

...going to order???

...she put up with us admirably.

...AND, the couple in the next booth were kind of awe-struck.

...when we were leaving, one waitress asked if any were for sale....well now, what a question!

Looks like fun! Like the pile of watches, and all the straps, too!

Any chance you can post some pix of the waffles? LOL. Needless to say, there are no Waffle Houses in France.

Good God, Dan! What a pile of watches!!!

Hey! Don't be knockin' da Waffle House! They make one of the yummiest, fluffiest omelettes this side of Denny's!

Really like the black and red strap on the Marathon Dan!!
Where did you locate that?? It's almost identical to my black and white stitch on my SD...

Hey thanks, Rob.
This was a generous gift from Fred. We both thought it would look great with the red dialed Tudor chrono but that would also require some cutting to fit properly. So before any surgery I decided to try it on my SAR. Love this combo.
