JLC Master Control

I'm on the brink of purchasing a new SS Master Control, and spent the day in AD's checking them out. I noticed from the pictures I've seen online that the case seems to be oval shaped. I didn't notice this in person while viewing them, so I'm curious whether that's just my computer or if the watch has an oval case/dial. (very slight oval)

Thanks in advance!

It's a great watch. I own one, the 40mm version (I assume it's the same one you're looking at) and it's a great watch. Patek quality at a better price. One thing, though - the butterfly deployant can be uncomfortable to wear (for some people, like me) but you can switch it for an OEM tang for about $80 at any AD and it wears perfectly well. If you buy it, check out the dial under sunlight and you'll really be able to appreciate the sunburst pattern and color much better. Enjoy!

What do you mean by the sunburst pattern? I don't know what that means.

There's a sunburst patterned machined onto the dial. I believe it applies to all Master Control editions - my Hometime has it as well.
