Question is, should I leave the strap white, or dye it black?

NOOOOOOOOO.....Mark don't dye it!
If you must have black, see if you can get the same Tudor strap in black.
Wear white from now until labor Day...then swap to black after!

I would keep it as is Dr or just get a factory grey color band...
I Think it should look great as long as you stay away from Nato on this one you're safe

I'd say wear it as it is for a bit and see how you like the white strap. I wouldn't dye it....just buy a black one later or go for another color.

Do not dye it black! Take it off and store, and buy another strap. Since this is a racing watch (I recall Porsche Design had something to do it), a black strap with large holes would look great.

As the good Dr. Roberts says, buy a black strap from Tudor or a Hirsch Golfer [leather on top, rubber on the bottom].

Don't dye it, Mark.......Just get an extra strap. It would look even nicer on black.

Just leave the strappage white; if ya want to have the stitching changed to orange or red. I'd leave it though, it goes with the "office," if ya know's what I mean !

I ordered a burgundy alligator strap for my other Tudor... I wonder if the black strap from that one will fit this one...

Leave it white fer sher, but I'm confused...

Do you mean this is NOT for your wife? Cannot understand that, it reminds me of the white ceramic Chanel. Let your wife try it on, I guarantee you will never get it back.

The watch has a white dial, bezel and strap. It does remind me, (albeit in a general way), of the Chanel watch Sandra Bullock wore in 'The Blind Side'. There's nothing wrong with that, it could be worn by either sex. On you it would be a sort of white shoes, white belt, Summertime kind of look, on her it would be big and bold and sexy. Hey, I bought my gf an Explorer I, and she looks Seck-See wearing it...

That stuff on me after one day would look like I been swimmin' off BP's platform! I cannot wear white, I just can't.....kinda like that little feller in the comic strip, "Pig Pen".

Hi Mark, I voted to leave it white ..... sharp looking watch!
I don't know anything about Tudor watches, so please forgive this stupid question ...... why is the number 2 on the bezel a different color?

Richard, I think it's just the way the light is reflecting off the bezel. It is the same as the other numbers. The bezel is a smooth lacquered finish so the light reflects off it nicely!

Wow. This is gonna be tougher than I thought. First of all, the inner lug width is 21mm, not 20, or 22. And I need curved ends to keep the esthetics. The only rubber strap I can find with curved ends is this Hirsch, but in 20mm or 22mm only!

I read in another thread on WUS that you can squeeze a 22mm rubber strap into a 21mm lug space. What say you my friends?
