rolex watch band question
I'm trying to buy a replacement band for my rolex precision 6694 watch. I prefer to have a geninue watch band rather than an aftermarket. I found a air-king 2 tone band that's 19mm (just like my rolex precision) and I'm wondering if it will fit my watch? Does any one know?

Should Work
If the gap between the watch lugs is 19mm, and you've got the springbar holes in each lug and you're getting the bracelet with matching endpieces that are curved, there's no reason why it wouldn't work.
If your watch is TT and the bracelet is TT, then you've just found your missing link. If you don't already have one, get yourself a springbar tool or just use a paper clip or toothpick. Enjoy wearing it. |

i do have the spring bar holes in each lug, and the band does come with matching end pieces that are curved. I just don't know how much of a curve the rolex air king precision has vs the regular precision. My watch isn't tt but i think it would still look nice with a tt band.

One small step for customization...
Quote:
Take the watch to an independent watchmaker skilled in Rolex and ask them to mount a Gold crown and replace the hands with Gold. It will be a non regulation Rolex, but at least it will be closer to a TT. It's not something I'd do, but then, it's your watch. I still say enjoy wearing it. |

i don't think i want to go that far lol, a few weeks ago I went to my local watchmaker and had them do some polishing on my SS bracelet. It was scuffed up a bit. Since i didn't have a spare bracelet i went online and decided to order a cheap plated tt band just for the fun of it. Since i can bang the heck out of the band and it won't matter. After a week of wearing it I sorta of like the tt. And this has brought me to looking for a geninue tt rolex band.
