Icon5 Anyone ever try to fill an empty pearl...

with paint or something that would match the colour of their dial? I have one that came with my 1680 which is empty, I snapped a brand new pearl that Jacek sent me but I would like to experiment with the old pearl and see if I could fill it. Is this possible? Of course this would be for my own use and if I ever decided to pass it on to someone full disclosure would be given.

I know people who have used a tiny amount of expoxy and it came out looking pretty good.

Thanks for that. I thought I'd give it a try, the pearl is more or less trashed being empty, so I'll see what I can come up with.
