Happy Passover!
To all my TRF friends who celebrate Pesach, a very happy holiday!
I am excited to sample some of my favorite stuff like matzo ball soup, chop liver and my Aunty's brisket...Mmmmm! Everyone have a wonderful Seder and be well.

The key here, I tell myself every year, is to minimize the matzoh intake. Digestively speaking. Good yuntuf!

I was told to bring the wine, and I know nothing about wine. I'm sure this will do fine. Happy Pesach my fellow Heebrews.

The Bartnenura Moscato is actually a good wine... light and bubbly (I have friends who drink it even though they are not kosher and could choose any wine they like). The Manischewitz... not so much. Good if you have never tasted any other kind of wine. After 3 glasses you won't be able to taste anything but the beet horseradish.
Happy Passover. |

I have had the Manischewitz for the past 13 years, and thought I would surprise the fam with something a little different with the Bartneura . They had a Kosher wine tasting last Friday ,and I thought it was pretty tasty. Definitely a change from Manis. L ' Chayim |

We are taking a break for a bit after the meal before continuing the Seder service. Once again, I ate too much but might have to make room for the pasadikka brownies! Now where should I hide the affikhomen???

[QUOTE=DoxaDavid;2442478]Really? Your in a suburb of Chicago so I wouldn't think it would be hard to get.
I know what Lion is saying. Demographically speaking, there aren't too many places to find authentic "Jewish" food where he is. One would have to go much further north towards Skokie or in the City of Chicago. I hope everyone enjoys Passover and to our Goyim brethren Happy Easter (חג פסחא שמח)

I should send you the recipe. They are double chocolate with marshmallows and parve chocolate chips. They are so good we eat them year round and don't taste at all like pasadicha. Mmmmm.
