Choice between Pepsi GMT and Sea Dweller
If you had to choose between the Pepsi and the SD, which would you choose and specifically why?
Thanks..... |

I did and chose the pepsi. Color, cyclops, and most versatile.
Your milage may vary. dP

Pepsi, even though I have a GMTIIC already. The look, the versatility, and it's classy to.

Pepsi GMT. Extra points if you go VINTAGE!!!! DSSD is just WAY TOO BIG... You will never be able to wear that with a dress shirt but if marooned on a desert island it makes a great hammer as well as an anchor for a boat up to 50 ft is needed...

SD if it was me. I have owned a few GMT's over the years and one SD, the SD was much more of a watch to me. I also prefer divers and have no need for a 2nd time zone.

That's a tough one! I love both so I decided to make them both a part of my collection. If I had to choose, I'd vote for the SD! It's the Sub's bigger cousin without the cyclops.
Here's a pic of both. Good luck! |

i personally would go with SD (triple lock crown, proven tough watch that can handle more than i can throw at it), but that's just me. you need to know what you want.

SD- assuming it's a matte dial triple 6...and only then 'cause I already have the Pepsi.

This is a tough one, I have owned both and both at the same time even... sold both, had them again, sold them...... You get my point. Funny thing I could not decide again either and was faced with your same dilemma so I just purchased one of each again today
If I could only purchase one it would be the SD as this was my first Rolex and is capable as others have said of taking anything you can throw its way

Both great watches.
Easy choice.... SD all the way. Dive watches are like first love. Plus it has the cleanest face...... and we love a pretty face.

SD for me
Had both at the same time and sold them. I still miss the SD and will get it back eventually some day.
