Hello, I lost garantie paper previous month and I visited rolex web page (rolex.com) for finding a solution, but very very interesting no any e-mail address for communication between customer and rolex on rolex web page (no authorized rolex cervice in Turkey), I want a new garantie paper, what can I do for this... thank you

Hi

I don't think you can obtain a replacement set of original guarantee papers.

The next time the Rolex is due for a service make sure it goes to a RSC and you will get service documentation with the watch including the serial number on the doc. This is partially makes up for the lost guarantee papers by giving it some provenance if and when you wish to sell the watch.

Paul is correct on this one but if I remember at one time in the UK you could.But only for the original owner with bill of sale but they charged a fee.
