We were just at Atlantis a couple weeks ago. That place is great for the kids, tons of water slides and pools...not to mention the beach. Oh and wearing a Rolex is no problem, I never felt unsafe, even in downtown Nassau.

I was there a few years ago. Lots of high end shopping. In fact during dinner one guy pulled out a watch out the bag he just bought. Looked like a yellow gold day date. What resort are you staying at?

I was there in August, BahamaRolex I got to tell you, I loved it! I only wish I had more time to spend in Nassau, but it was extremely nice. I almost didn't come home...

I have been to Nassau a few times. The Atlantis resort is beautiful and very safe. I do have a "funny" story about the Bimini....I was on a live aboard dive boat for a week and I went into Bimini and got an Ice cream sandwich from a local vendor...BIG MISTAKE!...I caught a parasite that had been eradicated from the USA for over 10 years!!! The CDC ended up on my door step and had to do a full investigation. I was sick as a dog and lost 37 pounds.

That IS hillarious!

Maybe not.

But, what's the name of the parasite, I'd love to drop 40 lbs without exercise.

Wow. I was just there in September. We stayed at The Reef. If only we were all there at the same time. We could have had the TRF Atlantis GTG.
It's safe to wear your Rolex at Atlantis but I was sent away from the giant tall water slide to remove all jewelry (Rolex watch and a gold cross on a chain).

Never been, but I might go in December, and I wouldn't even think about not having a Rolex on my arm.

Enjoy!

Yes very safe. Back in 2005 been there and this was before my rolex buying. Guy at the table next to us pulled out a bag from shopping that day and unboxed a day date right next to his dinner plate. We stayed at Sandals Royal Bahamian. Was not there to shop but everyone else seemed to be and at high end stores off the resort.
