1960 Oyster Perpetual? Real?

Dear reader,
I am trying to find out if the specified watch is a genuine product of Rolex. If any of you could answer me to the question from which series is this watch, I would be much grateful.

Unfortunately it's not a real Rolex, I've seen these before and they've done these with Omegas too.

How did you come by this pocket watch? I think it is funny that it says "date just" on it and has no date function. Is it from Eastern Europe? Locally made?

Common on eBay just now ...

Freshly made ball necklace watches are popping up on eBay - some of the "Omegas" have genuine movements and a nice retro look.

Just curios really harking back to the fashion of the 50's / 60's when woman wore ball watch necklaces - my old mum owns one from back in the day.

The maker of this one didn't try very hard - got the spelling right though
