My three years old SuB LV just came from Dallas Service Center. It was regulated to +2 sec/day. They did a great job, they are very nice and helpfull.

True. My old Sub bought in 2000 didn't need any regulation. It was running 1.5 sec/day for seven years.

Thanks George. Nice summer day on the beach. I go back to my memory when I was a lifeguard on the Baltic See Beach. It was the best time of my life.

So can most any movement made today with careful regulation even a $60 watch with a Chinese ST19 Seagull movement.Careful regulation thats where most of the accuracy comes from.But as Rolex is built to be a Chronometer once regulated in general will keep its time keeping longer than a non chronometer movement.But with any mechanical watch consistency is the most important glad Dallas regulated your watch correctly.But once regulated on a machine to say +2 seconds beat rate it don't always mean it will perform exactly the same daily on the wrist could be very slight deviations

Having a watch regulated to 2 seconds a day is excellent but doesn't mean that it will maintain that precision on your wrist. Give me an update after 6 months of regular wearing to your pattern as that will mean more to me.

Was it running within cosc standards before you send it in? The reason I ask because I send my 16610 in for regulation and Rolex refuse to do it claiming it's within COSC standards. It's running +5 seconds fast a day on average.

My Explorer is running at about +2 and has been since it was regulated about a year ago.

My DJ was running about +2 when I bought it about a year ago, but is now pushing +6, so it's time to get it regulated.

My AD's watchmaker does a great job of regulating my watches.

they are handmade, therefore youre lucky if you can get it to run accurately for long period of time
