Date Just Owners Help-New to Forum

Hello guys, after being a high-end watch fanatic for many years I finally come across the opportunity to buy a Rolex. I have narrowed my selection to the Date Just series, in particular a Jibulee dial. I would like the watch to have the following options:

-Date Just

-White Jibulee dial

-A Round Dimond @ each hour marker
(or perhaps a Roman)

-Flutted 18k bezel

-Oyster Bracelet

I want an all-stainlees steel to keep the price low and most importanly a moder looking master piece. I would like to start with first asking 1. How much I should be looking to spend? 2. Is this a good choice? And last, What I'm I looking to expect out of a Rolex? ANY input is greatly appreciated and put into consideration.
