Icon7 Southern Jessie says hi

One person will know straight away who I am by my user id 'Southern Jessie'

To others who don't know me, my name is Shane and I'm from London. I know quite a few of the guys (and gal - hi Tam!) from Turfers and I thought I'd join up here too.

I don't know how often I'll visit or post but it's nice to see some old faces, and I hope this site takes off and becomes really popular.

Btw - just so this post has some relevance to the actual General Rolex Board, I have an F series GMTII (all black bezel insert) and a 2000 LE Mille Miglia chrono.

Best wishes

Shane

Welcome you Southern Jessie, it's about time you showed up. I thought you may have used "Mushy Peas" as an id.

Hey Shane, my man, great to see you here.

When I saw the username, I was hoping for a nice sexy young Southern belle...

No, I've only seen one for sale, and I wouldn't pay that kind of money for a "novelty" watch. I do think it's very cool though. If it were only $15K I'd buy it in a minute. :-)

I actually saw it for the first time last week in Seattle and you are right about the price tag, OUCH!! Like some others have said that have seen it, minus the strap say on an oyster it might look pretty good.

I love the strap too. Of course I'd the the outfit, car, and lifestyle to go with it. ;-)
