Interesting. How tall are you? How much do you weigh now? And is this from continuously lifting since 2006?

Wow, I saw that fat picture at 165lb!! I'm 5'7.5" I looked exactly like that about 3 years ago at 165-170. I starved for about 2 months and went down to 128 pounds. Since then, I've been 135 to 145. At 140 and under, I can still see a pretty clear six pack. The only working out I do is pushups and situps. Since we seem to be about the same height and body structure, I'm very curious as to how much working out it took for you to gain that size.

At the moment I'm bulking up and I'm at 159. In that picture I was at 143.

I've been going on this for about 6 years already. I started when I was 18 and now I'm about to be 25. I do about 4-6 days a week and did a muscle group every time I went. Sometimes a workout lasts around 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I sometimes quit the gym for a month or 2 and just do 5 miles runs and 10 mile bike rides to cut down.

Thanks man. I'm 5'5" and at 159. I'm currently leaning down again. I just did a 5 mile run last night and finished in 41 mins. First run since Thanksgiving. I'm pledging to run at least 25 miles a week for the people who are voting for me on this contest.

Thank you so much for the support! I made it to round 3 and voting ends today at 6pm PST. I decided that if I win this prize I am going to give it to my mom as an early mother's day gift.
