I too like the black THC. I had both, but felt the grey with the brand new glossy insert didn't quite go together, so I sold it. Besides, these dials are matte, they are going to fade like the old Rolex subs which I like. Also, the black has more chance to turn TROPICAL

here's one that I am wearing ( I have 2 )

A friend had a spare Rolex cyclops with the wherewithal to install it. Didn't cost me a dime.
