I cheated on TRF

I confess, I was unfaithful yesterday and feel terrible. I not only lusted after another Rolex Forum; I plunged in and set up a membership!!! How do I correct this breif loss of sanity?

I lurk on other forums, but have not joined any others.

Just wondering how you could bring yourself to do that?

I'm not worried.. You have to spend some time here or you lose your place easily.

Almost any place else you can check in for a minute every couple of weeks and pick right up where they left off..

I haven't joined another watch forum, nor will I, but I do drop by one in particular from time to time. I don't care much for the layout of that forum, though. You click on a thread, then you have to click on each individual response. Consequently, the information flow isn't very smooth and sometimes I lose track of where I am in the thread and find myself reading duplicate posts trying to find my place again. Not user friendly, imho.

But even if that forum were easier to read, TRF's plenty good enough for me. There's a real sense of community here, and I love the blend of information, education and humor. Besides, I can hardly keep up with the information flow as it is.

Don't feel bad!

Just get DOWN and give us 50 pushups!

Anyway, I am also a member of a German Rolex forum (have posted about 1600 posts there since April), but I have not been attending that forum for a long time! It's just nicer here.

I write on the other forum every now and then to brush up my German (having an MA in German and Danish).

I am a member of many watch forums and I participate in them all fairly equally. TZ and TURF is where it all started for me.

I belong to a couple of other watch forums. Each is a resource in it's own way.

Since you have admitted to cheating with another forum, you are required to give TRF half of your Rolex collection.

I belong to a couple of others, but this is the only place I really post. I do like TZ for the Patek forum, just for the information on the different models.

Still, I feel this is where I prefer.
