What a story
Great story, and great watch.
Unfortunately, makes me think how impossible it would be today for an American captive to survive to tell their story, let alone keep their watch. I hope whomever buys this watch doesn't stick it in a safe or display box. They should wear it and feel blessed to have their freedom and safety, and look at it and think about brave men who have throughout history sacrificed to give them that opportunity. Just my $.02. |
