Watchout for this GMT
With all the discussion about GMT's lately, here is one on ebay that appears nice on the surface, but has many issues.
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Rolex-vintag...item3f1949ade6 First off, the seller claims this 1972 GMT is 100% original. It is not, and far from it. The bezel insert is aftermarket, the bracelet is a later 93150 bracelet, the date wheel appears to be a later white wheel, the booklets and hang tag are incorrect for the watch and the box is a late 1970's box.

Looks like other sharp eyes caught the anomalies, too.
Item 271007198694 is no longer available.

Yes, I couldn't let this one continue. Too much going on that was incorrect in the listing.

Yes you could, but aftermarket bezel inserts are very easy to replace. In fact, there are thousands of GMT's adorning wrists right now with aftermarket bezel inserts. Most could care less what their bezel insert is - genuine or aftermarket.
