Price Check: Zenith El Primero 36'000 VPH Stainless Steel 42mm
I am able to purchase a new one for about $5500. It is from a grey dealer. MSRP is about $8,900. How are resales on these watches...I rarely see them pop up preowned. Also, are production numbers less/limited than Rolex.

That's a good price. Which model are you looking at? A photo would help. Rolex makes more watches in a day than Zenith makes in a month. If not more.

Hence not liking Rolex :) The Zenith Pilot Big Date Special in mesh is nice and classy in my opinion.

That's a lot of horology for $5500.
