15400 sheds its scales
Got this inspiration from the Queen Elizabeth II Cup 2011 Royal Oak
FYI 15400 uses the same plots and leather strap size as the 15300 and 15202 so those wanting a different look on their 15400, you can purchase the 26/18 OEM straps and plots or get it from APbands Have a great long weekend everyone ! |

Looks like we've done the same thing to our ROs. Here's mine using the APbands conversion and strap. Putting the new strap on what a dicey operation. The plots weren't the cleanest fit and had to be forced a bit which definitely had me sweating. As for the strap itself I love the look but am only okay with the quality. AP finish is world class and the band is a few steps below. How much is an OEM strap? Does the OEM strap come with plots too? Can u simply call an order from a boutique?

I would only ever use OEM parts, bought a survivor strap for my offshore, fits like it should!

Thanks guys
Imho, OEM is always best for AP. If you are looking for a particular combo, i think AP can make a custom strap for you based on your specifications but I think it will take a couple of months to make |

Correct, I called NYC yesterday and a they have stock alligator straps but can add colored stitch and it takes 6-8 wks. I u want a SS deployant the said that too will take 6-8 wks and has to come from Switzerland. The latter may just be an inventory situation while the former is a custom order
