I just got this is it the real deal?
Hi I have not opened the back yet but from the dial and case can it be real 1959 Rolex precision, it has a black jewel stem, seems the hands are corect anyway!

Here is a pic from what it should look like.

so if redone dial and stone added, if movement and case correct with movement is it worth much?
