Replacing bracelet on Oysterdate?
I have a Stainless Oysterdate 6694 from 1962. The bracelet is pretty beat up, and my RSC just quoted me $1050 to replace it!
I'm new to online Rolex resources, so I'm hoping you guys can point me in the right direction for sourcing a replacement bracelet. Which website(s) carry Rolex bracelets at reasonable prices? Does anyone have a trusted local watch guy who might carry this bracelet? Bonus points if they're in either SF or Chicago. In the case that an exact matching bracelet can't be found, which other models have compatible bracelets (both style and size/connection)? Failing that, are there any crazier options available, like replacing the most damaged links individually? Thanks for your help! |

Does this mean my only options are a new part from Rolex or a repair in HK? |
