Well. If it is real it must be Cellini but I doubt it is.

It's says oyster perpetual and quartz on the dial which doesn't make any sense , that also clears out the possibility of being a Cellini, and clearly it is not an oyster case. The case back is also a different metal from the middle case, something that (with the exception of the deep sea) Rolex doesn't do, so I say it's a fake. Sorry mate, what matters is the sentimental value.
