16750 sanity check

So I got it in my head that I really wanted a Submariner and I did a ton of research on them. I know it's kind of a dumb thing but I fixated on a birth year watch and Subs from my birth year are really boring, while it seems that the GMTs from the same year are the ones to get. The more I dug the more I realized I actually wanted a GMT, and after a while I came upon the one pictured in the link below. Anybody see any issues or red flags? Anybody dealt with Hill Street Watches before? It seems they're the retail arm of ABC Watchwerks, which gives me some confidence, but I could always use more. Thanks in advance.

The 16750 is my favorite watch. For near 7k I would like to get a 10/10 example myself. This watch looks clean but the dirt around the case back gasket and no service marks inside makes me think it may have never been serviced or was a long time ago. The insert is a service 1 and the hands although very common don't match the patina of the dial. This is the case with 8/10 of these has been my experience and is normal. I don't see a clasp code to determine if it is a period correct 1. All in all its a nice watch that all would like to own for the right $.

Thanks for the assessment. I think I could get them down on price a bit, and the birth year thing is a compelling factor, too, irrational as it may be. I'm not as concerned about the bracelet, but are you saying the hands are replacements or that they just aged a bit differently from the dial?

The hands appear new, but who knows. They seem to match the patina of the dial though. As far as the insert goes, I wouldn't worry a day if it is an original replacement as most are replacement inserts.

All I saw was one photo at the link you provided and no mention of price. It is a nice watch but $5500-$6000 is closer to a realistic price for a 16750 in this condition.
