I wouldn't. Probably magnets in the toothbrush to get it to spin, wouldn't put those near my watch. Of course you could do as you please.

Just make sure to use your significant others brush. Seriously, vibration on the watch can migrate the oils. If you want to use on the bracelet you will be fine.

I was throwing out my old sonicare brush head and wondered if there were recycling possibilities. Thanks for the input :)

Nope....but if you do, make sure the brush is new and soft. Toothpastes can be abrasive and there might be some residue despite your best rinsing efforts.

Too little control over the areas being cleaned IMHO. Manual work with a soft baby's toothbrush is best.

I clean the band only with an old Braun soft head with Veraet, no more vibration than the weed wacker or mower I use. I Have an Explorer 2, I have been doing for a year now No problems... only what works for me

Nah, I wouldn't. For the bracelet use the ultra sonic and just hot water and a regular tooth brush for the watch.

I have used a regular (non-sonic) toothbrush for decades, never was a problem.

But you should not use toothpase, just mild soap and your watch will be fine.
If the watch can't handle vibrations from a normal toothbrush, people should not wear it when holding a bus grip handle for the same reason.

I would not use a sonic brush on the watch case for the same reason why I'd not ultrasonic a watch case - only the bracelet.

These days I use a ultrasonic cleaner but I used to use my old Sonicare heads to clean up straps
& remove that awful black gunk between the lugs, they came up looking like new & afterwards
the brush tasted of cinnamon

Seems to be alot of different thoughts on this.....its your watch do as you want. I have had rolexs since 1980...and have never babied any of them....and just a service is all I ever do. I own the watch....it does not own me

As a Dentist myself, its a big NAY!!. The brush rotates in circular motion, it will scratch the surface. You just need to soak in mild detergent, best the organics n biodegradable. Rinse n wash. To polish you need a polishing rubbercthat rotatescat 20.000 rpm. If you have friends that are Dental Technician, they help to polish some minor scratches.
