97200 Bracelet

Hi guys,

I lost my subc bracelet, 97200, after moving house, all along it has been on a nato strap.
Would rolex service centre sell me a new one if I were to only bring the watch head over?

Thanks.

They should sell you the new one i don't see a reason why they wouldn't. It will be very expensive though which sucks a bit.

sorry about your loss

They're on the FS section of the forum for about $2300.

Maybe you can ask Gassan in Amsterdam for the price of a replacement bracelet or Heetman in Rotterdam.

In the US, the retail Rolex price is $2,000.

You cannot "just buy" from RSC. In order for you to get a replacement bracelet you must send your watch to RSC. There is another way though. If you have a local AD that has a "Rolex watchmaker" then you can buy directly from the AD without having to send your watch to RSC. This information comes directly from RSC NYC.

hmm, the RSC here in Singapore allows me to walk in and buy the bracelet I think.
I just have to bring the watch head to the counter.

It could be that way in Singapore. In the USA you would need to do one of the things I mentioned. I don't know about walk-in service at RSC in the USA though. I suppose it's possible.

So sorry to hear about this!

For me it is yet another reason I would never put a nylon strap on my Rolex. :)

Good to hear that you'll be able to just walk in and have RSC fit a new bracelet. You can then walk out of RSC and switch the bracelet back out for the nato strap. I would make sure to keep the bracelet in a safe deposit box this time around. It's a little inconvenient to have to go the bank just to swap out the nato for the bracelet but at least you will know the bracelet is safe.
