Who says penny slots don't pay out?
A recent trip to Peoria, IL lead me to the Par-A-Dice casino where I played a few penny slots only to have the machine freeze up during a very exciting, heart-pounding potential $0.50 payout.
 The casino aplogized for the inconvenience and gracefully comped dinner for me and my wife. Always nice to spend a few cents and get a $30 meal in return.
