2015 Mustang 5.0

Often times we see threads about cars & watches etc.

I figured I would post a few pics of the new Mustang. I think they did a fantastic job on this car. Has all the trimmings of new technology, but brings back some really great memories.

It is a dream to drive, has tons of power and is simply beautiful to look at. Hope you enjoy the pics as much as I enjoyed taking them.

I think Chevy nailed it with the new Stingray. It is amazing. The only thing that I don't like is back end.

I think Ford really made entire package just about perfect.

Very nice, although the rear view is not especially pretty.
From the side it has a bit of BMW 6-Series about it, which I mean as a compliment

i think the rear-end is what made me fall for it.

It's certainly dramatic, with large central 'GT' badge.
I expect I'll warm to it ...usually the way with auto design

Love the colour with those black wheels

Hey Seth, big congrats!

It's a great looking car. Ford is going to very well with this new redesign. So many major improvements which brings this car into a whole new territory.

They also just announced the GT350.

Nothing like a NA V8... nothing.

Thanks guys. I had actually thought about waiting for the 350, but waiting has never been my strong suit. Working on that part.

One of the selling points for this one is that you can now customize it with the dealer, with Roush parts. I imagine over the next year, the 435hp will jump a bit. I like the idea that I can keep my warranty and really personalize the car.

OH and I agree, the NA V8. wow. just wow. no lag at all. constantly pulling. crazy really.

going to have to reach out to Dr. Tom for some driving tips.

Me too, Seth. I have horrible patience when it comes to this stuff. I don't think the GT350 hits showrooms until Fall '15... and I'm sure they're all taken for until Spring '16.

I cannot wait to see all the great variations that come along. I want to see a Shaker.

Also, my five-year-old son is obsessed with the "Super Snake" and has been asking me when we're going to get a Mustang.

But of course, there's my wife too. But I have planted the seed already. haha

they had a "super snake" in the lot. not for sale, but in for service. such a sexy beast. i think i am obsessed too.

and i concur, looking foreword to seeing all the variations they come out with. i am loving the new design.

i am not sure i will mod the car cosmetically as i like it the way it is. mostly just an exhaust and a cold air intake. i might even do a chip. but if i do mod the outside, i will be sure to post some pics.

As dreamy as a Super Snake would be - I would get into way too much trouble in that thing. A 5.0 is just perfect. And you can mod it in so many different ways to really personalize it. Enjoy!

Congrats! Beautiful car.

I am really glad to see that American cars have made a strong comeback. Ford, Chevy and Dodge are killing it with their new designs.

I could definitely see myself in a new Hellcat, Z28 or GT500.

agree completely. american cars are making a nice comeback indeed. and the american muscle just keeps getting better.

i can't wait to see the Hellcat in person. ha, and for that matter the Z28 and the GT500.

whoah, that is some picture. beautiful.

i went with the 6 speed. this is going to be a garage queen for me. i know, just like watches are meant to be worn, cars are meant to be driven. and i will drive it. just not a hell of a lot. and when i do, i am going to drive it like the beast that it is. just can't do that in an automatic.

this one will only come out on nice days. if i can help it, it won't ever see rain. and for sure, it won't ever feel the icy cold of snow or the sting of the salt. she (not yet named) has just become part of the family.
