Happy Saturday everyone!

Weekend means vintage for me. Vintage means can't be bothered to set the date . Enjoy!

My modded Seamaster 2254.50:

The dial is a non-America's Cup (applied logo) and the second hand is from the cal. 2500 Planet Ocean.

The 2254.50 was discontinued with the introduction of the Planet Ocean but is still one of the most coveted modern Seamasters. I bought one NIB ten years ago and did these same mods. I later flipped it for a 16600 Sea-Dweller (which IMO is the only Rolex diver to own).

But as much as I loved the SD, the Seamaster kept calling out to me so one is now back in my collection.

Love these, here is mine for comparison, and thanks for listing the mods and description!
It is a classic and great watch. I've had the other color combos but the black 2254.50 is the best one.

Since you and I have the same size wrist, when you get tired of the YG SD and want to wear a RG SD, lets switch for a while!
