Backyard Zip Line and Rope Course with a Rolex (Pic Heavy)
Grab the supplies...
1.jpg Check the safety gear... 2.jpg Attach the trolley... 3.jpg Lock the carabiner... 4.jpg Fly like an eagle... 5.jpg 6.jpg 7.jpg 15 years ago my father decided to have a 1 acre rope course built 30' above the ground behind his home. It has evolved over the years and grew to include a 150' zip line, 8 obstacles paths, 4 repel lines, an elevator pulley, a cargo net climbing wall, and a hammock (50' in the air). The base of the course houses 2 balance beams and a rock climbing wall. It's pretty awesome assuming you don't mind heights, bruises, pulled groins, and concussions. A few pics from the warmer months... 7a.jpg 7b.jpg 7c.jpg 8.jpg 8b.jpg a.jpg My father at 70 years of age ripping down the zip line last weekend. Bud.jpg |

It's like a Survivor type TV show in your Dad's yard. Very cool!
