With our crazy temperature fluctuations here (like 22C drop in 24 hours) my wrists have been changing size. I bought my Black Monster off Daren and I have to say it went on perfectly without sizing. Granted, when I got it, the temperature was well below zero so the wrists were smaller.

Anyways, I've heard nightmares about changing links on a BM bracelet and it's not that bad. It's held together with pins and sleeves (i.e. one sleeve on each end of each pin, one seems stationery, one not).

But it was pretty straight forward. I just put the stationery pin side in first, then put the sleeve in on the other side and used my springbar tool to push it home. Then I just put the stationery side on a hard surface (since it had pushed out, from the force of the stationery pin going on halfway).

A simple push in and voila! It's done.

You make it sound easier than it is. I hate dealing with sleeves.

CJ, just roll them up. Besides, then you can impress people with your lovely Rolex being more visible.

It sounds simple because it has to be. Anything beyond simple is beyond this feeble pea-brain.
