Help Needed
Hi
Is there anybody that can throw any light on this vintage Rolex? Wondering what the value is likely to be? Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks |

It's a late 1930s 9k gold dress watch. Model number is 3140. There's a couple here with serial numbers very close to yours (41332): https://www.collectorsquare.com/en/r...olex-3140.html

adam (or anybody else) have you ever purchased or sold a watch from "collectersquare"?
I was interested in trading a few watches of mine plus cash for a rolex from them, but could not get any reviews from the forum here about them. |

Is this one of those situations when it is not financially viable to spend money on restoration - i.e. You would never recover your outlay - unless the watch had huge sentimental value and you did it with a view to it becoming a family heirloom.
The ones Adam linked looked in good condition, the one below that the OP has does look pretty beat up - sorry !!! |
