Question on 14060 Tritium dial

Hi everyone,

I just recently acquired a T-series 14060 and noticed that on the dial where it says "SWISS-T<25" it does not go beyond the 28th and 32nd second marker.

Is this an original dial or a service dial perhaps? Your 2 cents would be greatly appreciated.

*My watch is on the right and the left one is something I grabbed online for comparison.
