Vintage Sub help- 5512 or 5513?

I have come across a vintage Submariner locally, but have not been able to get my hands on it yet. I do have photos and have done a fair bit of research, but have not come up with anything conclusive as my knowledge in this area is admittedly very limited.

The watch does have service history documentation, along with origina sales receipt (or should I say original to the current owner for $1650 ) with it and would be included if a purchase was made. The seller is identifying it as a 5512, but I believe that is only due to what their paperwork says. Some of what I have found makes me think it is a 5513 due to the feet first two line dial. From what I have been able to deduce, without the serial number, as the seller has said it is illegible to them, it is either a 1976 5512 or a 1978 5513, which could be completely wrong.

If any of you have a differing opinion, or can offer help/advice, I appreciate it greatly! Here are some photos the seller sent me via text message:

Really any information you can provide, or advise on things I need to ask or look for is appreciated. Service dial? Hands? Bezel? Pricing?

Case looks to be very heavily polished, especially the crown guards. Service insert and what looks to be a 78360 bracelet(Usually found on GMT's), completely incorrect for the watch, but does appear to have 580 end links which would be ok had they been on a 93150. Looks to be a poorly relumed/refinished dial, or perhaps fake. (I could be wrong of course :) ) The markers look too short and tiny. I'd pass.

Looks like an aftermarket/fake dial to me.

Thanks everyone, I think?

I knew the watch had some issues, which may be why I couldn't find anything really clear about what I was looking at. The bracelet obviously confused me as well. I have a 1680 currently also, but my vintage learning is still in it's infancy.

So, with all of that said about running away from it, is there any price that it may be worth picking up? Even if for parts (i.e. sell bracelet to someone with only a GMT head)? Is the movement and case worth anything as parts?

I could pick this up pretty cheap comparatively to what a 5512 should normally bring. Just wondered if there was any value there at all at this point.
