26400 FC 44 for PP 5164...would ya ?

Simple proposition is on the table. Would have to add a few K. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

For full disclosure I do have a 5980r and AP diver both of which would stay.

TIA for all the opinions.

I love 44 Novelties but I'd take the PP over the AP, the 5164 is a beautiful sport watch that exudes class.
I sold my 44 FC to fund a 44 RG, it always bothered me that the case looked and felt like cheap plastic, very far from a +$30k watch.

Between those two I think I would go Patek.

Completely different watches. One is small one is large.

I think AP for a true sports watch. If you wear a lot of suits and want a small watch, then Patek is the right choice.

All about the lifestyle.

If it was the all ceramic case and bezel Novelty with anthracite dial, that'd be my choice. Otherwise, 5164 is it!

I love Patek - but I'm a Nautilus chrono guy. I'm not a big Aquanaut fan.

Of the two mentioned though -- to me really depends on the look/style you're wanting as they are quite different.

Just my .02
