Diplomat Watch Winder

Any experience with one? A dear friend gave me one for my birthday. It holds four watches, with four different settings. It recommends determining your watches "TPD".

Any idea what would be right for Rolex, such as the current Explorer, the 36mm OP, the current Deepsea 4000, the old GMT Master II or the Submariner 14060M?

I know many use winders--and many don't. I've got enough watches that don't see regular action that would be nice to have primed and ready.

It was an unexpected and thoughtful gift, so I'd like to make good use of it...so, any technical guidance would be welcome, as always!

Thanks!
