New Safari owner

I just bought me a Safari the other day!
Well, actually I traded my polished 15300 which I wasn't pleased with for this Safari.
So far I'm loving it!

2014 model, still under warranty which is the only reason why I dare to use it. Service costs is no joke!

One question, what happens if I start the chronograph and while it's running, I press the reset button?
I don't dare to try it...

Safari in Swedish snow

The dial is magical, I still haven't figured out how they made the numbers.

Of course I also have the original leather. But I prefer the steel bracelet! I'm no leather guy.

Just tried pressing the reset button while the chrono was in function and it seemed like it won't budge, might be some hack system I'm unsure....

Maybe some of the pros can chime in to answer your question

Ps great watch and congratulations!!

I was guessing it had a function like that.

Thanks all! This watch is amazing and sits better on my hwrist than my old 15300, oddly enough.
The ROO bracelet is much more comfortable.

Does anybody have a spare bracelet piece btw? I want it to sit a little looser.

Congrats, I would get a grey rubber strap also, looks really cool… Don't make it too loose, the looser a watch is the more it'll get scratches, but that's up to you

Loose is nice, watches are made to be worn and scratched :)

I dislike rubber on exclusive watches. I don't understand why one would want rubber on them, sorry.

Congrats! Surely best way to celebrate a New Year with a New Watch!

Regarding your question, the ROO doesn't comes with flyback chronograph function so pressing the reset button while the chronograph is running can potentially damage the movement. At least, this is what I am told.

Yes, best not to reset while flowing.

Love the old 42mms, have a nice charm about them.
