Seems I have a problem noticed today the hour hand is not engaging luckily under warranty so no probs there just wondered if anyone else came across this in the past

One time my hour hand did something similar. I reset the crown and pulled it back it out and it "engaged" somehow and haven't had the problem since. I am sure you've already tried that.
