Help - International TV service in USA

Does anyone have any suggestions for me?

My goal is to get Cantonese TVB (jadeworld) for my wife and Mother in law. That is all I want. Don't want other tv channels.

I'd be ok with some other Cantonese channels, but I don't want to have to buy 120+ American channels for it. (This is Dish networks method). That puts the bill at $100/month.

Sling has streaming jadeworld package for $30. Seems to be the best option, but it would be nice to have on demand shows or a DVR option. Any ideas for me?

Only looking for legal/pay options. No hacks.
Thanks.

Look up Unblock Tech on Amazon. $110 for an app based IPTV unit that will stream movies and live TV from multiple Asian (especially Chinese) and euro countries. All it needs is a solid Internet connection and a monitor. Helps if you can read Chinese. :

Hmmm, that seems.....very grey. Thanks for the information. Still looking for any other options. It also looks like I'd have to show them how to use it everyday. Not something I look forward to.
Thanks
