Question for the experts

I came across this watch online:


It's beautiful, but out of my league. One thing that jumped out at me is the fact that it has Arabic numerals around the dial, all facing up. Usually when I see Arabic numerals around a Rolex dial, they are in a circle facing the outside of the dial (i.e., the 6 is upside down), like so:


Is anyone aware of other (more affordable) Rolexes that have this feature (numerals around the dial, all facing up)? Thanks in advance!
