A watch on the left wrist, a fitness tracker on the right...
How many guys here do that? Do you ever feel conspicuous when you do so? I'm having a hard time reconciling doing it. Maybe I'll always wear long sleeves and no one will never notice...

I do it often.
Sometimes sans the tracker. But I like the combo.

Same here.
I really like the idea of fitness trackers and thought I would wear one on my right wrist. Most people I've come across with fitness trackers don't actually need them. Sure, they track steps and some people use that metric. Unless you're wearing one and have changed your routine to include exercise that you normally wouldn't do, they aren't serving a real purpose. I don't really care how many steps I've personally walked because it's about the same every day. I gave up on the idea of tracking my fitness. |

I don't use an FT anymore, but when I did, I had my Rolex on my left wrist and FT on my right.

I'm not sure why the number of steps you take is important. Steps aren't cardio and it's a largely useless metric. The best change in fitness metric is whether your clothes still fit. Next best is whether you're out of breath walking up the stairs (assuming you use the stairs).

Perhaps I feel self conscious? I don't know. Maybe it's just a function of getting used to it.

I would never wear such witchcraft. I can time my run with a diver's bezel, albeit not 100% accurate of course.

I don't bother with gizmos. I just go outside and pound the stairs, push-ups, pull-ups. BAM. Rinse. Repeat.

I'm a heavyset guy with Rolex on my left wrist and a Fitbit on my right. Seems many folks here would judge that I'm one of those people who doesn't need it, because clearly I'm not an athlete. No matter, I mostly use it to track my sleep and my heart rate, which I find interesting and worthy of improving. Steps and stairs can also be motivational when connected with friends.

I personally enjoy wearing mine. I like to track my steps per day, and when I'm motivated to, I track my diet. I also enjoy knowing what my heart rate is. I think they are a great tool, and can only help in the goal of personal health. To each their own, but I like just about everything about it.

I wear an Apple Watch when I work out, which classifies as a FT in my book. Funny thing is I bought it mainly for the HR function, and it's not very reliable for that for some reason. I never got into the whole Fitbit thing but to each there own. I also don't wear any bracelets, jewelry, nose rings or ear rings, big nor small. Wedding ring, Rolex, Panerai, AP or Patek. And the occasional Apple Watch. That's it.

I see no problem with wearing a fitness tracker at all.
Maybe they aren't appropriate for every setting, but they seem to be so popular that if you were to wear one in most situations, you'd just fit in with the crowd. Most of the fashionable ones that don't look like watches seem to be made for women, but if someone were to do one in stainless steel in a rugged, masculine style, I think it could really fly. Well, I found replacement bands on Amazon. This is just one example. https://www.amazon.com/bayite-Fitbit...03F27RAP9DHATX For what it's worth, I just let my S7edge take care of my fitness tracking needs.
