Blue 2 Tone Submariner with Casual Attire?

Newer to the Rolex scene here. Just bought my first Rolex a couple months ago - 16710 GMT II Pepsi. Love it. Fits my style perfectly as I can make it casual with a bunch of NATO straps and dress it up with the bracelet for my formal work attire.

With everything I get into, one just is never enough. I've always thought the 2 tone Blue 18kt gold Submariner was amazing looking. But I've never been much of a fan of gold on myself. I know it would be phenomenal with dress attire, but what about casual? Please share!

Really depends on where you are and what you wear.

Polo tee, jeans and a casual shoe will surely look good!

I wore mine with everything including coaching youth sports. It is a pretty versatile watch. I sold mine because I kind of got tired of the blue, however I'm on the soft hunt for another one.

Well, it is a sports watch so that should answer your question.

I definitely think gold Rolex watches can be dressed way down, I actually like seeing someone wearing a solid gold sub with jeans and tennis shoes or flip flops. Just my opinion

I confess that sometimes I think it's a bit more dressy than my black ND sub, but on the other hand, I get a lot of compliments on the bluesy.

Well I'm on the way to my local AD this morning. Going to check out the Tudor Black Bay in person and will also throw the bluesy on my wrist to see how it looks. I have a feeling I will be spending some cash in the near future.

The two-tone watches are the most versatile of all timepieces. I wear my TT GMT with everything from a suit to shorts and sandals.

If you like two tone, then it is definitely the most versatile between dress and casual. That said, any sports watch is casual by definition and easily dressed up by today's more lax fashion standards.

I don't like to flaunt a lot of gold but 116613lb looks really good with casual attire! Go to the AD with casual attire and try it on, you'll see for yourself.
