Submariner 5513 1981

Hi gents! Long time lurker on this forum and I usually find all my answers thanks to you guys.

Anyway I am currently in Hong Kong and I just came across this sub 5513 1981 (my birth year) I am very tempted but I just wanted to get your thoughts first:

The bracelet seemed ok but I couldn't take a proper look as it was wrapped in film. It also comes with the paperwork and there is also room for negotiation on the price.

Any advice you can give me on what to look out for and how to check it thoroughly will be very much appreciated. I shall be visiting the shop again either Sunday/Monday

Does the warranty paper say 1981? Dial is a replacement if so. WG surrounds weren't around in 1981. Do you know the serial? Price is high. Shop around.

I didn't check the papers yet. I was planning to go back there this weekend to examine everything. I will definitely shop around though as I am also after a 14060m which should be easy to find.
