Photoshop Request - 116622 YM minus cyclops
I don't know if there is a consolidated Photoshop request thread or not, so apologies if there is.
I'd be interested in a quick and dirty mock-up of a 116622 without the cyclops if anyone had the skills and time. Thanks in advance!

Hi. I found this on the web. The biggest issue you may have, as shown in my markup, is whether you think there's too much space between the date window and the rehaut. Rolex date complications are inset to accommodate the cyclops, so I think they look a little off when the cyclops is removed. Rolex wisely made the old SeaDweller's dial a little smaller to shrink the gap, since it didn't have a cyclops. However, if you like the look of the new SeaDweller and Deep Sea, I'd imagine you'll be fine.

I have found that the cyclops will frequently obstruct my view of the date and I generally am not a fan. I am thinking about swapping crystals to one without. This gives me a perfect idea of what it will look like.

Removing the Tudor Sub cyclops looks better, because the ETA date wheel is already closer to the rehaut for this dial size. It looks much more proportional. |
